Heat Treated Pallets
Brand New, Never-Used, ISPM Inspected Pallets for Maximum Reliability
At Four Way Plus Pallet Company, we strictly adhere to the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) guidelines. Our heat treatment process is verified, audited, and guaranteed to meet the import requirements of ISPM 15 participating countries, including Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and Asia.
Global Compliance, Guaranteed.
International trade regulations require that all solid wood packaging material be heat treated to prevent the spread of pests. Non-compliant pallets can result in your shipment being rejected at customs, leading to massive fines and delays.
At Four Way Plus, we take the stress out of exporting.
-
The Process: Our Heat Treated (HT) pallets undergo a thermal process where the wood core reaches 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. This effectively eradicates insects and larvae.
-
Stamping: Every compliant pallet is stamped with our certified IPPC mark.
-
Verification: We undergo monthly third-party inspections of our facility and records. This isn't just a sticker; it's a certified promise that meets global standards (ISPM 15).
Whether you are shipping to Canada, Mexico, or overseas, our HT pallets are your passport to global trade.

IPPC Stamp Certification
Every compliant pallet we manufacture is physically stamped with our official International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) mark. This stamp acts as the "passport" for your goods.
Understanding Our Stamp: A valid stamp on a Four Way Plus pallet includes:
-
Our Logo: Our official logo indicating manufacture by our company.
-
US (Country Code): "US" indicating the pallet was manufactured in the United States.
-
111645 (Facility Code): Our unique agency-assigned mill number. This traces the pallet directly back to our facility in Perham, MN, ensuring accountability.
-
HT (Treatment Code): Confirming "Heat Treatment" was applied.
Quality Assurance & Auditing
Possessing a stamp is a privilege, not a right. To maintain our certification, Four Way Plus Pallet Company undergoes:
-
Monthly Third-Party Inspections: An accredited inspection agency visits our Perham facility every month.
-
Record Verification: We maintain detailed logs of kiln cycles, temperature charts, and lumber sourcing.
-
Lumber Standards: We ensure all WPM is debarked prior to treatment, per ISPM 15 regulations.
