About Us
The Four Way Plus Pallet Company was established in Perham, MN in 2008 to address the needs of local food producers seeking a reliable source for high-volume, high-quality, new pallets. We stepped up, and the rest is history. To date we have produced over 5 million pallets, many of which are still traveling the globe today.

Our company begins in the Perham Industrial Park, and we're still here today.
We expand our facility by about double, to meet the needs of our local customer base.

After 12+ years on staff, Beau and Justin become company owner/operators.
Where We Come From
Co-owners, Beau and Justin, have over 25 years of combined experience with our company. They have done every job on the floor, from sawing lumber to managing complex logistics.
This experience forms the cornerstone of our current operation. Our commitment to the toughest industry standards means every pallet is brand new, audit-ready, built and stored in our strictly maintained pest-free, mold-free facility. We offer specialized heat-treated (HT) options, backed by rigorous monthly stamp inspections for global compliance. Furthermore, we manage the entire logistics chain, providing reliable delivery within 100 miles of Perham or offering convenient pickup services. We don't just build pallets; we engineer reliable, compliant shipping solutions.
Our Team
Four Way Plus Pallet Company was established in 2008 to serve the Perham market with high-quality, brand-new wood pallets. What started as a strictly local operation has grown into a regional resource, now serving customers ranging from Fargo-Moorhead all the way to the Minneapolis-St Paul Northern Metro area.
Beau
A graduate of Perham High School and Wyoming Technical Institute, Beau brings a sharp eye for detail and fabrication to Four Way Plus. After building hot rods and assembling wind towers, he joined our company in 2010, eventually becoming co-owner in 2025 alongside his brother-in-law, Justin.
A proud father of four, Beau loves cheering on his kids at sporting events and spending summers at the lake with his wife, Chelsey. When he isn't at the shop or with family, he is an avid outdoorsman, dedicated to whitetail hunting, Western archery mule deer trips, and chasing giant sturgeon on the Rainy River.
You can often find Beau on our production line, or in the office working with our customers.
Justin
Justin was born and raised in Perham and has always been driven by a love for the outdoors. A proud Perham High School graduate (Class of 2008), he built a strong background in the trades, gaining experience as a mechanic at NAPA and a plumber for Essers. In 2013, he joined the company full-time, and has been a dedicated partner and team member ever since.
Outside of work, Justin is happily married with two children and loves spending with his family. True to his roots, you can usually find them enjoying the great outdoors, whether it's camping, four wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting, or fishing.
Around the shop, Justin leads our logistics and operations team. We all pitch in, but he is your main contact for all things shipping and delivery.
Our Facility
We take pride in our workplace. We maintain a facility that is clean, organized, and safe. By keeping our production area free of mold and pests, we not only protect your products but also provide a better work environment for our team.

IPPC: Every compliant pallet we manufacture is physically stamped with the official IPPC mark. This stamp acts as the "passport" for your goods.

ISPM 15: We undergo monthly third-party inspections of our facility and records. This isn't just a sticker; it's a certified promise that meets global standards (ISPM 15).

Heat Treated: Our Heat Treated (HT) pallets undergo a thermal process where the wood core reaches 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. This effectively eradicates insects and larvae.
